The Lamp Beside the River video is now live.

This one belongs to Gavin and Brynn, to the ache of almost meeting, to the places where memory keeps a light burning even when the world has moved on.

It is part music video, part visual spell, and part doorway into Drakkaer. The video follows the feeling of two people crossing the same emotional landscape without quite reaching each other, caught in timing, distance, memory, and the cruel poetry of almost.

Drakkaer has never been only one kind of story. Sometimes it is a book. Sometimes it is a song. Sometimes it is a lamp left burning beside the river.

In-world, “Lamp Beside the River” is an old Drakkaer folk song often sung in taverns. The rock version is Gavin and Brynn’s reinterpretation: louder, sharper, and more personal, turning a familiar song of memory and waiting into something that belongs unmistakably to them.
